  • Deliveries will be sent out- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
  • We do not deliver on a Sunday. During bank holidays periods, it would take one extra day for standard delivery.
  • Express deliveries (to include Saturdays) needs to be pre-booked in advance, there are extra charges incurred for this service.
  • If required to be delivered on a specific date please specify in the comments on your order.


We are happy to refund or exchange any item including sale/clearance items, within 14 days from date of receiving, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions). Please note items must be returned with this 14 days time-frame and be in a saleable condition.  This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packing packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached.  

  •  The Customer must re-ship the goods to​ ​the Petit address below, without undue delays and, within 14 days date of receiving.  
  • All returns must be shipped only to the address below (not accepted in stores)

The right to cancellation is deemed as having been correctly exercised when the following conditions have been met:

  • a) Sending an email with the cancellation form as indicated above; please note that if item has been dispatched a postage and packing fee will be charged, and also a fee to have it returned to us
  • b) The products must be unused and un-damaged, and include all original packaging (inner & outer).  



  • For an exchange please email us at with details of what would like to exchange it for size/color.  


  • Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order (download here), stick the address label on the parcel and add stamps.
  • Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).
  • Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoebox as protective packaging. 


  • Withi​n 3 business days of​ receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
  • The returned goods will be subjected to quality control.
  • The products must be returned with the original labels and tags as originally affixed to them and in perfect condition, new, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Any items returned that does not meet return standards, will not be accepted and sent back to you with a delivery charge.  
  • Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
  •  For delivery to any other country that is not listed please email us a request with your full address & contact details and we get back to you.  If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer we can arrange this
  • For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.  
  • For an exchange please email us at with details of what would like to exchange it for size/color.  

Refunds Policy


Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.  We’ll will email once the refund has been processed, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund.  

Faulty Items 

  • It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with you purchase.  If you received an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise customer service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full a full refund of a defective item.  
  • All items sold have undergone rigorous inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality, precision and authenticity.    As such all items should be treated with great care as with new items, and returned in the same condition in which they were received.  
  • Please note that all buttons, are sewn on by machine and need to be reinforced by you.  Loose buttons are not considered faulty, as they are machined on by the manufactures.  
  • All flower applications are detachable and need to be removed before washing, they are attached with snap popers which may need to be reinforced by you.   
  • If an item is returned not complete it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you and a delivery charge will be placed on your method of payment. 
  • If we find that the product has been tampered with and is not suitable for resale we can not refund you and we will simply post the item back to you.


From time-to-time we may offer certain online promotions which may apply to certain items purchased on the website.

The conditions relating to the discounts offered through those promotions will be specified at the time of issue.

We sometime run online promotions that are not available in our retail stores, and we run other promotions in-store that are not available online.

Unless stated explicitly, in-store promotions are not valid on the website, and vice versa.
